Pair up the texts with the video. As you advance in learning, give some in texts only and some in video only, then challenge the student for understanding. Each person is different (Visual vs Auditory learners) but there is no video provided in real life unless in the theatres – no exchange either. For the educational, both are assests together – give the student option of activating the video along with the lesson texts. Combine both.

The texts are easy to read and understand. However, I have a block – the sales leaves a taste of “they are more interested in making money than helping my progress” Find a way to just give the facts and towards the end give the person a choice to do advance projects that require payment. I appreciate you being very transparent though about what you get for what you paid. It just sounds so much like the “work at home for $5000.00 a day” programs. They give all these testimonies and beat around the bush to motivate someone to join the “scam”. as for me, I prefer videos, because it gives the possibility of hearing. I think learning by hearing is much better than reading. Actually, these are essentially rules when you study English. I always dream of becoming a native speaker. However, sentences in practice are far more different from the text book we have always learned. So, next step for me is to listen real conversation, real English just like a child using these rules. I enjoyed the with which you think. I used to read books that were away beyond my own limits. As you’ve taught us to be able to read and to listens materials that we know more than 95% of the words used in it, I changed the way I used to study. This easy way to learn is remarkably effective, because we need to practice the basics all the time. It is much better understand the common words than to try to remember a list of words without context, without life.
Real English, as the name says, is normal English, the type used to say everything in everyday life.
Of course, we still need to learn some grammar, but those seven rules combined show us that the best way to grasp the grammar is by feeling what is right or wrong, just by listening to several thousand hours of spoken normal, basic English, exactly the way a child learns his or her own language.
16 years ago I started doing some of the techniques used in this curse only because I felt more natural to me. Of course, I’ve made several mistakes. For example, I tried to start studding English by reading very advanced books, the same ones I read in Portuguese. The result was frustration and bitter disappointment, because I wanted to walk one thousand miles in one day, so to speak.
Watching those video lessons, I’ve realized the mistakes I have been making and the good things I was doing, even without that I was right, like listening to countless hours of movies, series, Pod casts, ITunes, news, like BBC and CNN.
That way I’m able to write, speak and read a lot as well, because now I have an amount of vocabulary that’s almost of the size of what I need to say everything that I want to convey. My own life experience, thus, proves, beyond any shadow of doubt, that the logic and system taught in Real Life English is the best way to learn, even when, like myself, started to learn already when I was 24.
Now I’m trying to go a step further than what is said in here, because I want to learn as much English as it is necessary to start writing books in English. My language (Portuguese) is not known outside truly few and poor countries. I’m not saying that there is anything wrong with my language, but there is a problem to be read by a larger audience.
To get to be the way I like will take me at least some more ten years of studding, then I will be ready to do such a task. For now, I’m still learning the easy stuff first, and, then, gradually, climbing up this monumental mountain of knowledge that is English.

Hi.My name is Liliya.i like your method that you teach the English language.your rules are very helpful.as for your article is very good, but it seems to me…i prefer to learn this language by watching and listening…and i like your teaching because it is easy for me to understand.and when I understand something in English, I am very glad and happy;-)))) HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!;-)

Hi teachers,
please don´t change your method of teaching. With each video put and text of video, without extra articles for reading ( we always can find book and articles for reading ). I just read book Unlimited Power from Anthony Robbins and I can connect his teaching with yours. You are excellent because I can again teach by lisening like kids but I can also check words and phfrases in text of video.
