There are two worlds in English conversation learning: the school world and the real world. Unfortunately, the school world is nothing like the real world.
In the school world of English conversation, students study books full of grammar “rules” and books full of individual vocabulary words. Students learn such rules as “never use a sentence fragment”, “avoid run-on sentences”, “never begin a sentence with ‘and’”, etc….
Yet, in the real world, native English speakers do all of these things every day. We frequently speak in fragments, we frequently use long run-on sentences, we frequently begin sentences with “and”, and we frequently end sentences with prepositions.
Here’s the ugly truth- English textbooks are written by old clueless academics who have very little understanding of the real world. Likewise, most teachers are more interested in their own authority and position than in helping their students prepare for real English conversation.
And so, students spend years in school vainly learning English from textbooks. They waste years taking tests and memorizing rules that are not really rules at all.
And when, after all of this work, they finally go to America or the UK– they can’t understand anyone and no one can understand them.
It’s a tragedy. But it’s an avoidable tragedy. The solution is to place your trust in yourself- not in schools. Dedicate yourself to learning real English conversation– the real English spoken every day by real native speakers.

Thanks you so much for the 7 rules. I’ve just listen 2 rules, but I realized that it is the most important for me to improve my speaking English. I always thought that i had to learn grammar rules, memorized new words as much as i can to make my speaking better. But it was so bad and I was so dissappointed.

I think your learning approach is the best one. I’ve been learning English for years – 12 or more – using the school based mehtod. I now realize that old method hardly gets learners with other first languages get English fluency quickly. I can read English and understand it, I can write quite well in English, But ask me to speak English, or to listen to a native English speaker to get me lost. Tkanks a million for your big help.

dear sire .you have smart approach of teaching english literature for your online students obviously. YES you are right! although we have been studying english grammar for years, oddly we couldn’t easily talk to native americans in daily life.

I believe that what you said is true thoroughly. take me for example. I had gone to several countries to learn English. however all I got just rules and a fake English language. it has not helped me speak English at all although I am trying and trying over and over and over again to get good English but It doesn’t work anymore. now, I am going to follow your real english learning and soon I will get the hang of speaking English as native speakers. thanks a lot teachers for your efforts and good luck to all.

I encourage all my friends to use your system because all we live abroad has no problem with grammer but all the issue is speaking and with your system we should be patient first to be a good listener same as ababy born just listen with two ears and then suddenly start to use all we learnt with our mouth and as you advised practice practice and practice.
